About 20 minutes: Online, and you can stop and pick back up whenever's best for you.
Ballpark numbers: Ranges and rough guesses are all it needs. No account numbers, and no customer or staff names.
Private: Only I see your answers. They're deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

About me

I'm Johnny Fermin-Robbins. I spent 11 years in the U.S. Army in satellite communications, then served as Chief of Staff at Aliro from 2018 to 2022, and I founded Ferro Consulting in December 2023.

Both jobs came down to the same thing: keeping a complicated operation running so the people in it could do their best work. That's what I do for pet care owners now.

I stay out of dog handling and training, and I'm happy to point you to people who do that well.
